This is a tattoo idea for a friend of mine at work...of course it will be smaller if it is chosen.
She wanted her name and her husbands and gave me a few criteria as well as her husband for they are getting the same tattoo.

The flower is a ....for some odd reason I cannot find the flowers name anymore....haha...(^_^)"
Well, it did mean something along the lines of love and happiness in marriage.
I first drew it out, scanned, penned and inked. Took me about 2 hours.

Ok here is the criticism you asked for. First of all nice flower although I don't know which flower it should represent because the link is dead. But the main thing is that you basically are adapting the stuff you found or got from your mate. If it's the second case, don't you think that she wouldn't ask you, an artist, to make the design when it just turns out to be adapting of all the stuff she is already sure about? In such a cases people just go to the tattooer and hand them in the reference images and since it is usually a good tattooer she is going to (I mean how wants a tattoo which turns out to be horrible after a week and then stays for the rest of the live) he/she surely will do a good job in mixing up the reference images and ideas.
This might sound harsh but you should be sure about this, if she already turns to you it means she want you to make something out of the reference images by letting you your own artistic freedom. There is no place for insecurity, resulting out of the feeling to please all your mate's ideas.
But well if it's just the other case and you got this reference stuff your self I think you made a good arrangement, even though I'm not the type who likes seeing an artist to copy so much.
Well I got a lil idea for you for the names, since they look kinda too separated from the rest. Why don't you keep the font type but try to make the tribal merge with the connecting letters?
